Delivery Information
Your order will be shipped once approved based on your medical history and if the Pharmacist has no further questions regarding your online consultation. Therefore, please provide comprehensive details about your medical history so an informed decision can be made about your treatment.
For Weight Loss medication your order will be shipped after your video consultation which is now a requirement of the GPhC (General Pharmaceutical Council) who are the regulatory body for pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and pharmacies. At Happy Pharmacy we adhere to all regulations to ensure the safety of our customers.
Happy Pharmacy use Royal Mail to deliver across the UK with a range of fast reliable services, offering delivery of weight loss medication and other treatments. Every package is shipped in plain, unbranded brown packaging, ensuring discretion with no reference to Happy Pharmacy. Our fully tracked service allows you to monitor your medication's journey at every stage of the delivery process.

Orders placed after the 2pm cut-off on Friday will be processed and dispatched on Monday, with delivery on Tuesday. Bank holidays are excluded from this schedule

Weight Loss GLP-1 Pens ( Mounjaro only )
These are shipped in temperature-controlled packaging to ensure they arrive at the correct temperature. A free sharps bin is included in your first order to store needles and other sharps material until it can be disposed of safely.
Wegovy (semaglutide) Storage and Delivery Conditions
Wegovy is stored in a refrigerator (2°C–8°C) prior to dispatch. However, according to the MHRA‑approved Summary of Product Characteristics (SmPC), Wegovy may be kept below 30°C for up to 48 hours. This means that ice packs are not required during the final stage of delivery, and the medication remains fully stable and effective throughout transit.
Happy Pharmacy follows all MHRA‑approved storage and transport requirements. Wegovy pens are kept refrigerated until dispatch and are packaged to protect them from heat exposure above 30°C during delivery.
Once received, customers should store their pen in the refrigerator unless they choose to keep it at room temperature (not exceeding 30°C) for up to 30 days, as permitted in the SmPC.

At Happy Pharmacy, we use Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail tracked 24 Signed for GLP-1 Pen deliveries. These services are fast, reliable, and includes tracking from dispatch to delivery.

Estimated delivery: Next working day (not guaranteed)
- No signature is required upon delivery, but someone should be available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your Royal Mail tracking number, allowing you to monitor its progress.
- Responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer once it has been shipped and tracking details have been provided.

Once dispatched, you will receive an email and text with your Royal mail tracking number and live delivery updates.
Because this is a signed-for service, someone must be home to accept the parcel. If you are not home, Royal mail will leave instructions for redelivery or collection.
We kindly ask customers to ensure someone is available to accept the delivery, or to make suitable arrangements (e.g. safe place or neighbour) via Royal Mail’s tracking options.
If you believe your parcel is missing or has been misdelivered, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist, though we are unable to accept liability once the parcel has been confirmed as delivered by Royal Mail
