What is Cialis Together?
Cialis Together tablets are an over-the-counter treatment for erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. It contains the active ingredient Tadalafil 10mg, which helps increase blood flow to the penis, allowing for an erection when sexually aroused. One of the key benefits of Cialis Together is its long-lasting effect, which can last up to 36 hours. This provides a longer window for sexual activity compared to other ED medications. Cialis Together is available without a prescription and can be purchased online with Happy Pharmacy following a short online questionnaire.
How does Cilais Together work?
Cialis Together contains tadalafil, a medicine from the phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor group. This type of treatment works by relaxing the blood vessels in the penis, allowing more blood to flow in when you’re sexually aroused. It doesn’t increase sexual desire or cause arousal on its own, instead, it helps you achieve and maintain an erection naturally when stimulation occurs.
How long does it take for Cialis Together to work?
Cialis Together usually starts working within 30 to 60 minutes, but you’ll still need sexual stimulation for it to be effective. For many men, it works the first time they take it. However, if you haven’t had an erection for some time, it may take two or three separate attempts before you see the full benefit. These should be on different days, leaving at least 24 hours between doses.
How do I take Cialis Together
Take one 10 mg Cialis Together tablet about 30 minutes before sexual activity, swallowing it whole with water. You can take it with or without food, though a light meal may help it work faster. The effects can last up to 36 hours, but Cialis Together only works when you’re sexually aroused.
Do not take more than one tablet in 24 hours. Avoid using it with nitrates or blood pressure medicines, as this may cause unsafe drops in blood pressure.
If it doesn’t work the first time, try again on another occasion, following the same dosage instructions. Speak to a healthcare professional if erectile difficulties persist or if you’re unsure whether this treatment is suitable for you.
How long does Cialis Together remain active?
Cialis together can last up to 36 hours and has a longer duration of action compared to other erectile dysfunction drugs. This allows for more spontaneity in your sex life. However, it doesn't mean you'll have a continuous erection for 36 hours; sexual stimulation is still required for it to work.
Who can take Cialis Together?
Cialis Together is suitable for adult men aged 18 and over who experience occasional erectile dysfunction and are generally in good health. It can be used by most men who want a reliable, fast-acting treatment to improve erections when sexually aroused. However, it should not be taken by anyone using nitrate medicines (often prescribed for chest pain) or certain blood pressure or heart medications, as this can cause serious drops in blood pressure. Men with severe heart, liver, or kidney problems, or those advised to avoid sexual activity due to health risks, should not use Cialis Together without medical approval. Always read the patient information leaflet and consult one of our online pharmacists or a doctor if you are unsure whether it is safe or suitable for you.

What's the difference between Cialis Together and Tadalafil?
The primary difference between Cialis Together and Tadalafil lies in their branding and availability:
1. Branding: Cialis Together is a branded version of tadalafil. Both contain the same active ingredient, tadalafil, which is a PDE5 inhibitor used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) by increasing blood flow to the penis.
2. Dosage and Availability: Cialis Together is available in a 10mg dosage and can be purchased over the counter without a prescription. Tadalafil, on the other hand, is available in various dosages, including 10mg, and 20mg, and typically requires a prescription.
3. Cost: Tadalafil is the generic version and is generally more affordable compared to the branded Cialis Together.
What's the difference between Cialis and Cialis Together?
Cialis is a prescription treatment for erectile dysfunction that contains the active ingredient tadalafil. It comes in two strengths: 10mg, which is the recommended starting dose, and 20mg for those who need a higher dosage.
